This policy explains the information Game Night Hub needs to operate a shared television display and phone controllers, and the limited measurement used to improve the experience.
The product names
Game Night Hub is the shared-screen game product available at funwith.us. Fun4Us is the Android wrapper that loads the same service. This policy covers those related experiences.
Room information
We process room setup, player names entered by participants, tool settings, scores, recent room actions, and connection information to create and synchronize a game room. Rooms are temporary and expire after a limited operating window. A host or player may also keep recent-room access on their own device in browser storage.
Product measurement
We collect a random session identifier and limited events such as landing viewed, room created, display connected, player joined, room resumed, or generic tool category selected. Events may include the page path, referring website host, campaign source, display method, or preset. Measurement events do not include room codes, player names, host tokens, rule questions, scores, or gameplay content.
Rules helper
The rules helper sends the game name and question to a model hosted on the Game Night Hub server so it can produce an answer for the room. Do not submit private or sensitive information. Treat answers as assistance and check important decisions against the official rulebook.
How information is used
Information is used to run and synchronize rooms, connect controllers and displays, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability, understand whether the product is working, and improve Game Night Hub.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, support, or security providers that help operate the service, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Mobile app and ads
The Fun4Us Android app uses internet access to load Game Night Hub and synchronize rooms. The current app does not include advertising SDKs.
Choices and contact
You can stop using a room at any time and clear recent-room information through the product or your browser storage controls. For a privacy question or deletion request, email privacy@sbaiguys.com.
